TO COOPERATE WITH OTHER BARGAINING UNITS, EMPLOYEES AND DEPARTMENT MANAGEMENT OF THE CITY OF CEDAR RAPIDS, IA. TO ESTABLISH AND MAINTAIN SUCH FURTHER PROGRAMS AS MAY BE DESIRABLE TO ADVANCE THE ABOVE PURPOSES AND OBJECTIVES OF THE UNION. TO ASSIST MEMBERS WITHOUT REGARD TO RACE, CREED, COLOR, SEX, RELIGION, AGE OR DISABILITY FOR THE PURPOSE OF IMPROVING WAGES, BENEFITS & WORKING CONDITIONS.
