WE CALL ON AND ADVISE INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATION, GOVERNMENTS, MILITARIES, AND ARMED NON-STATE ACTORS TO ADOPT AND IMPLEMENT POLICIES TO PREVENT CIVILIAN HARM. WHEN CIVILIANS ARE HARMED WE ADVOCATE FOR THE PROVISION OF AMENDS AND POST-HARM ASSISTANCE.
