Mission Statement

The Center for U.S. Policy (CUSP) is a non-partisan research and education organization dedicated to enhancing the health, safety, and economic opportunity of all Americans. In 2024, the organization focused heavily on supporting lawful patient access to controlled medications and substance use disorder prevention, interventions, treatment, harm reduction, and recovery support.
