WE BELIEVE THIS TO BE ESSENTIAL TO ACHIEVING OUR PURPOSE OF HUMANE CARE & TREATMENT OF ALL ANIMALS, AND TO SUCCEED IN BECOMING A "NO KILL" COMMUNITY.
