THROUGH MEDICAL AND SOCIAL SERVICE TRAINING, EDUCATION, AND THE PROVISION OF SERVICES, CCQLP PROVIDES CLIENTS WITH THE OPPORTUNITY TO ACHIEVE THE MAXIMUM LEVEL OF INDEPENDENCE AND AUTONOMY AND BE TREATED WITH RESPECT AND DIGNITY.
