AS THE PRINCIPAL ADVOCATE FOR MANUFACTURING CONCERNS, THE CRMA SUPPORTS EXPANSION AMONG EXISTING MANUFACTURERS AND THE ATTRACTION OF NEW MANUFACTURING COMPANIES TO THE AREA. THE CRMA IS COMMITTED TO HIGH ENVIRONMENTAL STANDARDS, SUSTAINABILITY AND ENERGY EFFICIENCY. A TOP PRIORITY FOR THE CRMA IS TO WORK WITH EDUCATION AT ALL LEVELS TO DEVELOP AND MAINTAIN A SKILLED WORKFORCE. THE CRMA PROVIDES ONGOING TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES IN HUMAN RESOURCES, ENVIRONMENT, ENERGY, TAXES, LEADERSHIP, AND OTHER PERTINENT DISCIPLINES TO SUPPORT ITS MEMBERSHIP. THE CRMA BELIEVES THAT TEAMWORK IS THE KEY TO SUCCESS AND WORKS CLOSELY WITH GOVERNMENT AND PRIVATE ORGANIZATIONS TO FOSTER COOPERATION.
