To Improve the working conditions of the members of the collective bargaining unit by providing a variety of medical, dental, life, sick, accident, disability, legal service and other similar benefit, as now are, or hereafter maybe, authorized or permitted by law for participants, their dependent, and beneficiaries and in accordance with the provisions set forth in the trust and the plan of benefits.
