Mission Statement

The Chesapeake Conservation Landscaping Council is a coalition of individuals and organizations dedicated to educating the region about sustainable landscaping and how this approach can benefit local waterways and the Chesapeake Bay. Through efforts such as the Chesapeake Bay Landscape Professional certification program, the biennial Turning a New Leaf Conference, and other programs and resources, CCLC advances conservation landscaping practices that have significant ecological benefits through the Bay watershed.
