TO BUILD THE CAPACITY OF COMMUNITIES TO CLOSE EQUITY & OPPORTUNITY GAPS FOR CHILDREN & YOUTH BY EFFECTIVELY LEVERAGING EXISTING FUNDING, GENERATING NEW REVENUE, & DEVELOPING COLLABORATIVE INFRASTRUCTURE TO ADMINISTER FUNDS IN A COORDINATED FASHION.
