IT IS ALSO A PURPOSE OF THE CORPORATION TO AID, LEND FINANCIAL SUPPORT AND ASSISTANCE TO, AND TO INVEST, TRANSFER AND/OR DISPOSE OF FUNDS OF THE CORPORATION FOR THE USE AND BENEFIT OF, AND IN FURTHERANCE OF THE PURPOSES OF, CHRISTUS HEALTH.
