Mission Statement

To benefit, protect, preserve and improve that part of Manomet in the Town of Plymouth, known as Churchill Landing and the beach and land in that general vicinity and to work for the upkeep, cleaning and improvement of the bathing beach, roads, ways, streets, sidewalks, parks, playareas and other like community projects for the mutual advancement of all of its property owners and residents and the general public residing in the vicinity within walking distance of Churchill Landing, and to carry on other lawful activities in achieving such desired results: but these purposes shall not authorize or permit the sale of alcoholic beverages or the procuring of a license to sell alcoholic beverages.
