Mission Statement

CIRCLES OF TROUP COUNTY EXISTS TO IDENTIFY AND ELIMINATE THE CAUSES OF POVERTY AND SUPPORT THOSE WISHING TO LIFT THEMSELVES OUT OF POVERTY. CIRCLES USES A RELATIONAL STRATEGY TO SUPPORT ADULTS AND THEIR CHILDREN OUT OF POVERTY WHILE INSPIRING AND EQUIPPING THE COMMUNITY TO REDUCE ITS POVERTY RATE.
