City Ballet of Cleveland ("Company") was incorporated as a non-profit public benefit corporation in the State of Ohio on July 23, 2009. Company is organized and will be operated exclusively for charitable and educational purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended ("Code").
