SPECIFICALLY, THIS CORPORATION WAS FORMED TO LEASE THE BUILDING AT 207 WEST 133RD STREET, NEW YORK, NY AND IN-TURN SUBLEASE IT TO THE DEMOCRACY PREPARATORY CHARTER SCHOOL.
