Civic Heart Community Services is one of the largest black-founded community-based organizations in the Greater Gulf Coast Region. Continued on Schedule O Civic Heart is a human and social services organization, employing a holistic, empowering approach that not only provides basic human services but also addresses social justice and intersectionality for the community located in the Third Ward of Houston, Texas.
