TO PROVIDE ENCOURAGEMENT, INFORMATION, COMPANIONSHIP, SUPPORT ASSISTANCE AND AID TO PEOPLE WHO WORK WITH OR ARE INVOLVED WITH LAW ENFORCEMENT, OR WHO ARE INVOLVED IN JOBS OR ACTIVITIES RELATED TO LAW ENFORCEMENT IN CLACKAMAS COUNTY, IN ORDER TO HELP THEM AND THEIR FAMILIES DURING TIMES OF PERSONAL OR FAMILY CRISIS, ESPECIALLY THOSE WHO ARE INJURED OR KILLED IN THE LINE OF DUTY, DOING LAW ENFORCEMENT WORK.TO COORDINATE ACTS OF CHARITY AND GOODWILL TO PEOPLE IN THE COMMUNITY, PRIMARILY THOSE WHO LIVE OR WORK IN CLACKAMAS COUNTY, ESPECIALLY THOSE WHO HAVE BEEN VICTIMS OF CRIME.TO PROVIDE ASSISTANCE AND SUPPORT FOR CHILDREN AND YOUTH PROGRAMS THAT HELP CHILDREN AND YOUTH WHO ARE IN NEED, OR "AT RISK".TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC ABOUT THE WORK AND PROFESSION OF LAW ENFORCEMENT, AND ABOUT COMMUNITY SAFETY.
