CLAREMONT INVESTMENT FUND (THE "FUND") WAS ORGANIZED TO HOLD AND MANAGE THE ENDOWMENT ASSETS OF CLAREMONT MCKENNA COLLEGE (THE "COLLEGE") AND THOSE MEMBERS OF THE CLAREMONT COLLEGES THAT MAY BE APPROVED BY THE COLLEGE'S BOARD OF DIRECTORS FROM TIME TO TIME.
