Mission Statement

To advance, stimulate and assist generally in the promotion tourism, exhibits, conferences, conventions and visitors in the City of Clarksburg. To do or engage in any act, thing, or enterprise, which in the opinion of the Board of Directors, shall benefit the Corporation. To operate on a not-for-profit basis, within the meaning of Section 501 C (6) of Internal Revenue Code and to exercise such powers as are permitted to corporations under the provisions of Chapter 31 Article 1, Section 8 of the Code of West Virginia as amended and to transact any lawful business for which corporations may be incorporated in West Virginia.
