Mission Statement

Cold Yogis is organized exclusively for charitable, educational, and scientific purposes, including but not limited to providing workshops and interactive experiences focused on breathwork, cold exposure, yoga, animal flow, mystic states, personal and spiritual growth, spiritual education, duality, and resilience. Our purpose is to elevate consciousness, enhance energy levels, foster happiness, and promote holistic health among participants. Moreover, Cold Yogis is committed to integrating the 10 Burning Man Principles into our culture. These principles include radical inclusion, gifting, decommodification, radical self-reliance, radical self-expression, communal effort, civic responsibility, leaving no trace, participation, and immediacy. By embodying these principles, we create an environment of authenticity, creativity, and collaboration that inspires personal and collective transformation in our workshops and experiences.
