(a) To acquire, support, restore, enhance, protect and maintain open space, scenic lands, viewsheds, species habitat, creeks, ponds, recreational and historic lands within or around Coldstream development, Coldstream watershed, and the Donner Creek watershed;(b) To enhance and promote greater awareness of the interpretive, conservation, educational and historical values of the Coldstream watershed, including the erection and maintenance of related signage, trails, transit opportunities, monumentation, and other related improvements within or around the Coldstream development, Coldstream watershed, and the Donner Creek watershed;(c) to promote and sponsor art and cultural events, including public art and programming within the communities located within and around the Coldstream and Donner Creek watersheds;(d) to provide educational opportunities to local schools with respect to the rich pioneer history and cultural resources of the Coldstream and Donner Creek watersheds;(e) to support
