To promote the interests of entities involved in the production, packing, exportation, importation, and commercialization of avocados from Colombia to the United States as an importer association authorized to receive funding under the Hass Avocado Board established by the provisions of the Hass Avocado Promotion, Research, and Information Act of 2000, 7 U.S.C. 7801-7813 and the Hass Avocado Promotion, Research, and Information Order, 7 C.F.R. 1219.
