TO PROMOTE AND PROTECT THE BEST INTERESTS OF CHILDREN WHO HAVE BEEN ABUSED OR NEGLECTED, BY TRAINING COURT APPOINTED VOLUNTEERS TO ADVOCATE FOR THEM IN THE COURT AND THE COMMUNITY, SO THEY HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO THIRVE IN SAFE AND PERMANENT HOMES.
