To improve and expand communication and working relationships between representatives of labor and management; to provide labor and management with opportunities to study and explore new and innovative joint approaches to achieving work effectiveness; and to study and explore ways of eliminating potential problems that reduce the competitiveness and inhibit the economic development of the area industry.
