IN 2004, THE COLORADO SPRINGS WORLD ARENA ASSUMED MANAGEMENT OF THE PIKES PEAK CENTER, WHICH IS A MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING OWNED BY EL PASO COUNTY AND USED FOR CULTURAL, COMMUNITY AND PERFORMANCE ARTS EVENTS
