THE VISION OF THE FOUNDERS OF CWBA HAS RESULTED IN PROMOTING GENDER EQUALITY IN THE LEGAL PROFESSION, PRESERVING HISTORY, MENTORING, FIGHTING DISCRIMINATION, INFLUENCING LEGISLATION RELATED TO WOMEN AND CHILDREN, INFLUENCING THE SELECTION OF JUDGES, AND TRAINING AND EDUCATION.
