TO PROVIDE RESOURCES AND SERVICES FOR INCREASING EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES FOR COLQUITT COUNTY SCHOOLS AND STUDENTS,PROVIDING AND SUPPORTING LEADERSHIP,WORKFORCEAND JOB TRAINING INITIATIVES,ACCESS TO POST-SECONDARY EDUCATION,ENCOURAGE THE PARTNERSHIP IN FUNDING AND ACTIVITIES OF ORGANIZATIONS AND EDUCATIONAL PARTNERS,AND TARGETING INCREASED LITERACY THROUGH MENTORING.
