A FRATERNAL, PATRIOTIC, HISTORICAL AND EDUCATIONAL ORGANIZATION THAT EXISTS TO PRESERVE AND STRENGTHEN COMRADESHIP AMONG ITS MEMBERS AND TO ASSIST WIDOWS AND ORPHANS OF VETERANS.
