LOUIS COMMUNITY"), AND BEFORE THE ILLINOIS AND MISSOURI STATE AND LOCAL GOVERNMENT BODIES AND OFFICIALS, BALLOT INITIATIVES AND REFERENDA WHICH AFFECT THE COMMON GOOD AND GENERAL WELFARE OF THE ST. LOUIS COMMUNITY INVOLVING THE ISSUANCE OF BONDS. FOR EXAMPLE, THE ORGANIZATION MAY SUPPORT OR OPPOSE AN INTIATIVE OR REFERENDUM SEEKING APPROVAL OF A BOND ISSUANCE TO FUND EDUCATION OR INFRASTRUCTURE WITHIN THE ST. LOUIS COMMUNITY.
