TO AWARD INDIVIDUALS WITH A DISABILITY WHO DEMONSTRATE A FINANCIAL NEED WITH A MONETARY GRANT TO BE USED FOR SERVICES AND/OR EQUIPMENT THROUGH CCT'S CHARITABLE FUND AWARD PROGRAM.
