THIS CORPORATION IS ORGANIZED EXCLUSIVELY FOR CHARITABLE, RELIGIOUS,EDUCATIONAL, AND SCIENTIFIC PURPOSES, INCLUDING, FOR SUCH PURPOSES, THEMAKING OF DISTRIBUTIONS TO ORGANIZATIONS THAT QUALIFY AS EXEMPTORGANIZATIONS UNDER SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE, OR THECORRESPONDING SECTION OF ANY FUTURE FEDERAL TAX CODE. AMONG ITS MISSIONSTHE ORGANIZATION INTENDS TO PROVIDE SAFETY, DIGNITY, COMFORT AND ASSISTANCETO COMMUNITIES AND THEIR MEMBERS BOTH DIRECTLY AND THROUGH OTHER SERVICEORGANIZATIONS WHICH SHARE OUR PURPOSE.
