Mission Statement

Field Operations: Through Field we build strategies and engage communities across the state of North Carolina. This includes recruitment retention and growth of our volunteer base implementing initiatives and volunteer benefits which enhances the volunteer experiences. Civic Engagement: Through policy advocacy partnership research and mobilization our civic engagement work amplifies community voices with a focus on issue-based campaigns voting rights and voting restoration. Economic Mobility: Through policy advocacy partnership research and mobilization our economic mobility work addresses economic inclusion and mobility; financial services housing and job creation.
