The Corporation's primary mission is to serve or provide investment capital for low-income communities or low-income persons, with at least 60% of its activities dedicated to serving low-income persons and low-income communities, and to remain accountable to low-income communities through an advisory board, 20% of which members are representative of low-income communities.
