(2) MOBILIZING PUBLIC AND PRIVATE RESOURCES IN SUPPORT OF ANTI-POVERTY PROGRAMS; AND (3) INVOLVING THE LOW-INCOME IN DEVELOPING AND CARRYING OUT ANTI-POVERTY PROGRAMS. THE CORPORATION ALSO ASSISTS OTHER HUMANITARIAN EFFORTS IN CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT BOTH WITHIN THE U.S. AND INTERNATIONALLY.
