THE PURPOSE OF THE CORPORATION IS TO SERVE THE RESIDENTS OF LOW INCOME COMMUNITIES BY ENEABLING COMMUNITY AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT THROUGH THE SUSTAINABLE CONSTRUCTION AND OPERATION OF PARKS, PLAZAS, OPEN SPACES, HOUSING, COMMUNITY FACILITIES, AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS WHICH WILL CREATE OR RETAIN JOBS FOR LOW INCOME PERSONS.
