COMMUNITY FOUNDATION FOR GREATER BUFFALO INITIATIVES, INC. WAS ESTABLISHED UNDER SECTION 509(A)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE (IRC) TO RECEIVE FEDERAL GRANT OPPORTUNITIES TO ADVANCE OUR COMMUNITY GOALS.
