Mission Statement

Community Housing Solutions (the Corporation) was organized as a Nonprofit Corporation in July 1995. The Corporation was inactive until September 30, 2004, when it acquired a low-income rental housing project (the Project). The Project consists of 101 units. The Project is located in Fallbrook, California, and operates as PineView Apartments. The Corporation sold the Project on July 1, 2019, and dissolved on December 31, 2019. The acquisition was financed in part through a loan from the County of San Diego Department of Housing and Community Development under the HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME), Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program and a grant under the Supportive Housing Program (SHP). The SHP funding required that, for a period of 20 years, the Project provide 10 beds in 5 two-bedroom units to extremely low-income, homeless, disabled veterans.
