Mission Statement

Law firm providing free or reduced-rate legal services to serve abused and neglected children and low-income marginalized citizens in Franklin and Fulton Counties. The firm represents the County in abuse and neglect cases at a reduced rate, in termination of parental rights cases, foster care cases, and abuse cases. The firm also represents, at a reduced rate, juveniles who have been accused of a crime and cannot afford to hire an attorney. The firm represents adoptive families of special needs children at a reduces, subsidized rate, and represents and gives advice to low income and the poor at reduced rate or no fee arrangements in domestic violence and custody matters.
