THROUGH THE EFFORTS AND INVOLVEMENT OF THE COMMUNITY, WE ARE ABLE TO KEEP CHILDREN SAFE AND BUILD STRONG FAMILIES. SOME OF THE VARIOUS SERVICES THAT CPFC PROVIDES INCLUDE: CASE MANAGEMENT, ADOPTION, OUT OF HOME CARE, INDEPENDENT LIVING, DIVERSION, AND FAMILY COACHING.
