CPDC SPONSORS THE ACQUISITION, DEVELOPMENT AND OWNERSHIP OF RENTAL COMMUNITIES; AND COORDINATES AND DEVELOPS SITE-BASED RESIDENT SERVICES THAT PROMOTE INDIVIDUAL GROWTH AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT THROUGH NETWORKS OF RESIDENTS, PRIVATE SECTOR INSTITUTIONS, NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS, AND LOCAL AND FEDERAL GOVERNMENT AGENCIES TO CREATE STRATEGIC ALLIANCES.
