SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED MAY INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: JOB DEVELOPMENT; JOB COACHING; TRANSPORTATION; MONEY MANAGEMENT; RECREATIONAL SKILL DEVELOPMENT; INSTRUCTION AND SUPERVISION IN THE HOME; AND, BEHAVIORAL MANAGEMENT. SERVICES ARE DESIGNED BY THE INDIVIDUAL, THE INDIVIDUAL'S FAMILY, AND OTHERS WHO KNOW THE INDIVIDUAL WELL.
