TO ADVANCE THE PRODUCTION AND USE OF COMPOST TO SUPPORT SOIL HEALTH THROUGH PRACTICES THAT CONTRIBUTE TO WATER QUALITY, PLANT VIGOR, AND ENVIRONMENTAL RESILIENCE. WE DEMONSTRATE VALUE OF COMPOST THROUGH EDUCATION, POLICY, OUTREACH, AND PARTNERSHIPS TO REDUCE WASTE, CAPTURE ENERGY, AND CREATE JOBS.
