The Corporation is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes with the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. The primary purposes of the Corporation are the following: Improve the quality of life in the surrounding community through neighborhood improvement and beautification; prevention of crime; promotion of the City of St. Louis as a desirable place to live, especially through the promotion of historic preservation; assistance in creating community cohesiveness and reducing neighborhood tensions; and support various charitable organizations within the City of St. Louis.
