Mission Statement

The purpose of the organization is to administer youth sports programs for the children residing within the Concrete School District in accordance with the rules and regulations of the leagues they affiliate with, and local rules authorized by the CYSA. Children residing out of the school district can play within CYSA if approved by both the league and CYSA Executive Board. Programs are not to be in direct conflict of competition with any school sport program. We aim to inspire our youth, regardless of race, color, or creed to participate in a vigorous and entertaining activity. We give opportunity to ALL youth. We provide supervised activity, knowledgable instruction and keep the welfare and safety of our youth first and foremost. We teach the fundaments of the sports, teamwork fair play, sportsmanship in victory and defeat. We instill honesty with oneself, teammates, coaches, and family.
