IN ADDITION, THE ORGANIZATION HAS AN AFTER SCHOOL TUTORING AND MENTORING PROGRAM FOR AT-RISK CHILDREN ENTITLED ROOTED. BACK ON TRACK IS A PROGRAM TO ASSIST FAMILIES AND INDIVIDUALS IN AVOIDING HOMELESSNESS CAUSED BY AN UNFAVORABLE FINANCIAL HARDSHIP.
