CFL ACCEPTS WOMEN COMING FROM PRISON, TREATMENT FACILITIES, BATTERED WOMEN'S SHELTERS, AND OTHER REFERRAL AGENCIES AS WELL AS WOMEN COMING IN ON THEIR OWN. CFL ASKS THE RESIDENTS GIVE CFL A COMMITMENT TO STAY FOR 12 MONTHS BECAUSE CFL BELIEVES THAT THE REHABILITATION PROCESS WILL TAKE AT LEAST THAT LONG TO BUILD A SOLID FOUNDATION IN THEIR RECOVERY.
