Mission Statement

Connections Prison Ministry serves as an outreach to provide support for those who are justice involved and in particular individuals who are making the transition from incarceration to beginning their next chapters of life. We provide tangible support based on individual needs including housing, employment options, clothing, food, transportation, household goods/supplies, mentorship, accountability, community and etc.
