THE CONSORTIUM WILL CREATE A RESEARCH BOARD COMPRISING OF RESEARCH DIRECTORS AT EACH OF THE ACCREDITED ACUPUNCTURE COLLEGES IN THE UNITED STATES THAT WISH TO PARTICIPATE. MEMBERS OF THE BOARD WILL BE VOLUNTEERS WHO WILL DEDICATE AS MUCH TIME AS NECESSARY TO ACCOMPLISH THE PLANNED ACTIVITES. THE CONSORTIUM ANTICIPATES THAT ITS FUNDED RESEARCH WILL RESULT IN THE PUBLICATION OF LITERATURE OR PEER REVIEWED SCIENTIFIC ARTICLES. IT, HOWEVER, DOES NOT ANTICIPATE THAT A FEE WILL BE CHARGED FOR SUCH ARTICLES OR FOR ANY OTHER INTELLECTUAL PROPERTIES.
