THE ORGANIZATION WAS FORMED TO IMPROVE BUSINESS CONDITIONS IN THE COMPUTER HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE INDUSTRY. THE MEMBERS CONSIST OF CUSTOMER SUPPORT DIVISIONS OF COMPUTER HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE COMPANIES. THE MEMBERS WORK TOGETHER TO CREATE STRATEGIES, BUSINESS MODELS, STANDARDS, AND OPERATIONAL GUIDELINES TO IMPROVE CUSTOMER SUPPORT SERVICES. THE ORGANIZATION'S OBJECTIVE IS TO ASSIST CUSTOMER SUPPORT DIVISION OF COMPUTER COMPANIES TO MEET THE DEMANDS OF THEIR PRODUCT'S CUSTOMERS.
