THE TRUST LAYS OUT THE FUNDING OF BUILDING AND CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY TRAINING PROGRAMS. THE TRUST IS USED FOR THE PURPOSE OF DEFRAYING COSTS OF TRAINING OR RETRAINING TRAINEES AND JOURNEYMEN IN THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY.
