TO PROVIDE ADMINISTRATIVE AND MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR NEW YORK STATE CARE COORDINATION ORGANIZATIONS IN ORDER TO PROVIDE INTEGRATED CARE COORDINATION FOR HEALTH, DISABILITY AND COMMUNITY SERVICES, ADVOCACY AND OTHER SUPPORT SERVICES TO INDIVIDUALS WITH INTELLECTUAL AND DEVELOPMENT DISABILITIES.
